Professor Jen Shang is the world’s first PhD in Philanthropy and the world’s only philanthropic psychologist. She is dedicated to developing techniques that non-profits can use to grow love and donors' psychological well-being in donor-charity relationships.
Her research has revealed new insights into donor care and identity and that can double revenue and retain donors into the future.
Jen’s research had been covered by mainstream media including the BBC, NPR and New York Times, and published in academic marketing, economics and non-profit journals such as Journal of Marketing Research, Experimental Economics and Nonprofit Management and Leadership.
